Every year I share some of my favorite gifts for blue families, and I always like to start by featuring small shops! Whenever possible I love to support small businesses, especially ones that are law enforcement owned and/or support our first responders. Read on for some great gift ideas for the officer in your life-and snag some promo codes!
Guard the Line Tac Tower. We recently got this gear organizer for my LEO and it’s been a game changer! It has spots for a duty belt, vest, uniform or jacket, and challenge coins-plus multiple shelves and even a built in gun safe. There’s also hanging options as well as more compact versions. Bonus: Guard the Line is a LEO owned small shop! We can use code AMMOANDGRACE to save.

Tactical Baby Gear. TBG has super fun diaper bags and baby carriers as well as patches and mugs! We got their “Daypack Diaper Bag” as a baby shower gift years ago and the quality is insane! It’s also a fun, rugged alternative for my LEO instead of my Kate Spade bag 🤪. They’re having a Black Friday sale now until 12/2 with 20%-40% off, including a free “tactical teddy” with purchases over a certain amount!

Patriot Coolers. This is a small business that really gives back-a portion of every purchase is donated to Homes For Our Troops, a 501(c)3 non-profit that builds and donates accessible housing to severely injured post 9/11 Veterans. My LEO has been using the “Duo Lunch Cooler” for the past year or two and really likes it! It has plenty of room for snacks, beverages, and lunch.

MedicBox. The people that brought us ShieldBox came out with an awesome new venture last year: “For life savers and risk takers”! We’ve gotten several MedicBoxes and the quality and quantity of the items inside is really impressive. You can subscribe for regular boxes but also cancel anytime-a single box or a subscription would be a really great gift for any first responder!

Challenge Coin Subscription. Not only did ShieldBox come out with MedicBox-this year they also released the Precinct Collectors Club, which is a fun challenge coin subscription! I love gifting subscriptions as gifts because it makes the fun of a Christmas gift last all year (or however long you decide to subscribe for). They sent us a box and my LEO thought that the coins he received were super cool and unique.

Police Christmas Cards. Fellow LEOW Michelle designed the cutest set of police cards! There’s 12 designs perfect for including in your LEO’s lunchbox or with their Christmas gift. They’d also be perfect to add to some cookies for a squad gift, if you do that! They’re an instant download which means they’re perfect if you’re a last minute shopper 🤪 We can use code ammoandgrace to save!

Dryfire Pillow from Armed In Style. If your LEO wants to train more at home, this is a practical option-that also looks good in your living room! One side is super cute and the other has various targets (you get to choose the option). We can use code “AMMO&GRACE” to save!

Wiley’s Wood Working. WWW is a blue owned business and has super cool ammo and wood products. We have their bullet game (think the triangle peg game from Cracker Barrel!) and I gifted the thin blue line Spartan shield to my officer one Christmas. We also have the bullet tacks and tire valve covers. So fun! We can use code “blue10” to save!

Bibles for LEO Life Kit. These life kits are so special and powerful! Both my officer and I were blown away by his when it came. It includes a custom LEO compact bible, a sticker, a patch, a prayer card, and more! If your LEO already has a life kit, BLEO also has some really cool apparel. And if you’re not familiar with BLEO, go check it out! It’s ran by officer and ordained minister David and is doing amazing work all across our country.

Thin blue line cross. My friend Sara (from American Freedom Co!) shared a beautiful wooden cross she has hanging in her shop last year and I knew I had to have one! Tim makes incredible wooden crosses, signs, and flags in his garage in his downtime (he works at Disney!) and I love the thin blue line one we have in our home. You can reach out to him on Instagram if you’re interested in ordering!

Ben Shot. This is an American made, American based family small shop that makes the coolest glasses! We gifted some of their bullet whiskey glasses to my BIL several Christmases ago and he loved them. They’re currently having their big Black Friday sale-you can save using code BLACKOUT25!

Tactical Stocking from Thin Blue Line USA. Okay, how fun are these stockings?! I love that it’s unique AND it’s somehow on sale for $11!? Score! Add a few of your officer’s favorite things inside (maybe a mug and coffee card) and you’ll be good to go!

Shaker bottle. If your LEO is anything like mine he’s constantly reaching for a shaker bottle-and this TBL one is a fun take on a Blender Bottle original! Add his favorite protein powder or preworkout for a thoughtful and useful gift.

American Freedom Co. Sara (AFC’s owner) has a heart for our military and first responders, America, and most of all, Jesus! Her small business runs on the foundation of the Bible and the constitution, and her products all reflect this. I have several of her shirts and sweatshirts and the quality is incredible. We can use code AG10 to save!

SRVS Gear. I love SRVS’s mission-they spread support to first responder and veterans by gifting a shirt with EVERY give back program shirt purchased! Both my officer and I have several of their shirts and they’re insanely soft. They also have flags, hoodies, and hats. We can use code ammoandgrace to save!

Goat Guns. Okay, how cool are these miniature gun models?! They have every model of gun you can think of, and they assemble just like the real thing! This is the perfect gift for your LEO if they’re a gun nut like mine! I’ve gotten him several different models and he’s loved every single one.

Guardian Angel. This gift is on the pricier side but is something your LEO can use everyday at work. My officer has spent the majority of his career on graveyards, and he got this several years back when a buddy on his squad had one. It clips onto their uniform (mine wears his on his shoulder) and helps them see to write reports, be more visible, and generally helps them stay safer in the dark. Our last MedicBox also came with a mini “micro version”!

Thin blue line tie. If your LEO wears a suit to court or if you get the pleasure of attending back and blue galas or balls, this tie is the perfect gift. I like that it’s not a flag (don’t tell anyone but I think those can look a little tacky) but gives a subtle nod to the thin blue line.

Ratchet Straps. Okay, this gift idea might seem a little random, but it was my LEO’s suggestion! Apparently these ratchet straps are super convenient because they’re retractable. Do I understand what this means and why that’s so great? Not really. Am I getting them for him and sharing them with you here? Yes, yes I am 😂

**This is NOT a sponsored post-I genuinely love these items! The a+g blog does contain affiliate links and share gifted products.**
