Every year I share some of my favorite gifts for blue families, and I always like to start by featuring small shops! Whenever possible I love to support small businesses, especially ones that are law enforcement owned and/or support our first responders. Read on for some great gift ideas for the officer in your life-and snag some promo codes!
Wiley’s Wood Working. WWW is a blue owned business and has super cool ammo and wood products. We have their bullet game (think the triangle peg game from Cracker Barrel!) and I gifted the thin blue line Spartan shield to my officer one Christmas. Bibles for LEO Life Kit. These life kits are so special and powerful! Both my officer and I were blown away by his. Ben Shot. This is an American made, American based family small shop that makes the coolest glasses! Tactical Stocking from Thin Blue Line USA. Okay, how fun are these stockings?! I love that it’s unique AND it’s under $20. Score! Add a few of your officer’s favorite things inside (maybe a mug and coffee card) and you’ll be good to go!
Law Enforcement Ornament. I might put this cutie ornament on the LEOW guide too because it’s just so fun! We have a police Christmas tree with all law enforcement ornaments, but even if you just have a normal tree this would be the perfect addition!
American Freedom Co. Sara has a heart for our military and first responders, America, and most of all, Jesus! Her small business runs on the foundation of the Bible and the constitution, and her products all reflect this. I have several of her shirts and sweatshirts and the quality is incredible. She just released a new line that is 100% made in the USA, from the textiles to the dyes to the machinery! I know I’m not alone when saying our country needs more of this. Shield Box. ShieldBox is an awesome subscription box made especially for LEOs! You can sign up for monthly orders or just get one box or some merch. SRVS Gear. I love SRVS’s mission-they spread support to first responder and veterans by gifting a shirt with EVERY give back program shirt purchased! Gun Fighter Trading Co. This small shop makes fun military and first responder candles-all American made! These candles come poured in bourbon glasses, so when your candle is all burnt up you end up with an awesome glass. Goat Guns. Okay, how cool are these miniature gun models?! Don’t tell my officer but I’m totally getting him one for Christmas. They have every model of gun you can think of, and they assemble just like the real thing! This is the perfect gift for your LEO if they’re a gun nut like mine!
Guardian Angel. This gift is on the pricier side but is something your LEO can use everyday at work. My officer has been on the graveyard shift for years, and got this several years back when a buddy had one. It clips onto their uniform (mine wears his on his shoulder) and helps them see to write reports, be more visible, and generally helps them stay safer in the dark. My officer did say the clip seemed to break often, so he got the Streamlight (the next on the list) on recommendation of a coworker and although much simpler is seems to be built a little bit better!
Streamlight ClipMate. This is a simpler version of the Guardian Angel-it has one major light that can be either white or red and is super helpful if your officer works nights (or really, in the dark!).

These are so fun! Thanks for sharing. I got my hubby a guardian angel light several years back and he hasn’t had problems with his clip! Maybe they’ve upgraded the design?? He’s pretty much only on nights and loves this thing. There’s several in our agencies that have them and really, really like them!
